Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed and shipped within 48hours upon receipt of payment. Should there be any ordering delay, you will be informed via email.

We always do our best to ensure the lowest shipping cost possible and if the actual postage costs more than what you are being charged, we will pay the difference (only applies to local orders).

Local Order
We will use EMS Speedpost Islandwide service or Registered Post for all local deliveries** and our postage charges are as follows:-

Orders below S$ 50.00 = S$8.00

Orders below S$100.00 = S$5.00

Orders above S$100.00 = FREE OF CHARGE

We do not insure the packages but please be rest assured that we would make every effort to process and package your order so that they arrive safely.

Alternatively, orders could be self-collected at Jurong Point Shopping Centre during weekdays from 11.30am - 12.15pm (strictly by appointment only) and delivery charges will be waived off.

**Note : These rates do not apply to restricted areas like Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA Terminals. A surcharge may apply and we will inform you the rates upon receiving your order.

International Delivery
International orders will be shipped by EMS Speedpost Worldwide service.
Shipping is charged at cost and dependant on weight of purchase and destination. We will estimate and advise the shipping cost via email.
A tracking number will be emailed for your reference.
Custom charges, duties or taxes outside Singapore may be applicable. All these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We are required by law to declare the content and value of international packages. An invoice will be included in the order with no exceptions.

Cancellations & Exchanges

Once orders are confirmed, NO cancellations are allowed.
All sales are final and goods sold are non-exchangeable nor refundable
Exchanges will only be given for orders that fall short of numbers and this will be on case by case basis and given at the discretion of the company.

Note : Please DO NOT provide us with P.O.Box addresses.
